Step 2: Fax the completed order form to us at 703-934-2668
Or, you may scan and e-mail the order form to us at kari@shellartistree.com. No need to call us to confirm receipt of order form. We will send you and Order Confirmation email typically within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If we have any questions about the completeness of your order, we will be in touch for clarification.
Information about Quantity of Invitations: Please consider the Quantities of Invitations, RSVP Cards and Thank You Note Cards carefully before you place your order. Based on our experience, you will undoubtedly need more invitations than you may think. Please note that it is significantly LESS expensive to order additional Invitations, RSVP Cards and Thank You Note Cards at the beginning of the ordering process rather than to add additional pieces to your order as add-ons at the end of the process. Once we receive approval of your proof we send your order to be printed. Quantities must be firm BEFORE proof approval is given. Invitation reprints take an additional 1-2 weeks to process, thus delaying the mailing of your invitations. Please contact the studio for Re-print pricing.
Information about Turnaround Time: After we have received your completed Invitations Order Form and your invitation wording in a Word Document, within approximately two to three business days you can expect to receive a proof via e-mail. Once you have approved your finalized proof, it takes approximately 7 to 10 business days to print your order. Shipping is via UPS Ground (3-5 business days). Expedited shipping is available for rush orders.
Information about Font Change: Please consider your font choice carefully. We are pleased to offer a variety of traditional and modern font options to match the mood of your Mitzvah celebration. Please choose your text font with care when you place your order. We charge a $25.00 font change fee for all orders requiring a font change AFTER you have received your first set of proofs. Please understand that changes to your font choice greatly affect the layout of your text placement and therefore require additional formatting time.
Information about Ink Colors and Ink Type: Most of our invitation designs feature two standard ink colors per design. We suggest you order a sample invitation of any design(s) you are considering so that you can accurately see the ink colors on each design. The ink colors featured on each invitation are standard, at no additional charge to you. Each ink color has been specifically chosen to coordinate best with our invitation designs. The ink is printed flat, directly onto our fine art paper...we do not offer thermo graphed (raised) printing. If you would like customized ink colors, in up to two colors, (other than standard) we would be happy to accommodate. We charge a $25 ink color customization fee to cover our additional graphic arts time for custom ink color customization.

You may include your child's Hebrew name on the invitation at no additional cost. Handwriting the Hebrew name is ok~ we realize you may not have access to Hebrew fonts. You may also write out the Hebrew name by character (dalet, vav, dalet).
